In the summer of 2003, The Italian Job was released . This was a reboot of the original, but only loosely based on that original story. Loosely as in a robbery and MINIs.

MINI took full advantage of the moment and even scheduled a viewing party for MINI owners – what a fantastic event! I still love this movie and it’s in no small part to my memory of the viewing party. And Handsome Rob.
